How to Access Your Mobile Tickets
Mobile tickets will be available from Etix three days before the concert date. Follow these simple steps to ensure smooth entry.
Open the Email
Find the email from ETIX on your phone.
Tap 'View Tickets'
Access your unique mobile ticket barcodes.
Save to Phone
Take a screenshot or click 'Add to wallet'.
Cell and wifi at the venue may be unreliable. Be sure to save your tickets via screenshot or wallet prior to arriving. If you can't access your tickets on event day, visit the box office outside the main gates.

VIP or Reserved Seating
For VIP or reserved seat tickets, please line up at Gate 5, located to the left of the main entrance. Additional information about your ticket type will be included in your confirmation email.
Parking Included
All tickets include free parking at the venue. However, we strongly encourage carpooling to ease traffic and reduce environmental impact!

Opens 90 Minutes Before Doors
The box office at Edgefield opens 90 minutes before the doors open on concert days.
Gate times may vary, so be sure to check the schedule for your specific show.
BE CAREFUL; many resellers are scalpers and scammers.
We can only guarantee admission if the ticket was purchased directly from ETix or CascadeTickets.com. We do not endorse any resellers.
If you use a reseller, we advise you to make sure the company is legitimate: check for a real customer service department. We strongly advise against any type of peer-to-peer ticket purchases on social media or classifieds.

Important details to know before you arrive at Edgefield.
Will Call is located near the main concert entrance at the east end of the hotel. Tickets are held at this location and tickets for the show may be purchased here, if available.
Concert goers 3 years and older require a ticket for entry.
Online ticket purchases will be refunded automatically within 30 days and no action is required. For in-person and phone purchases, please contact your point of purchase. Passporter tickets are automatically reinstated in the Portal.
